In September 2019 we (group of 16 people) went Iceland tour arranged by Air Tours. It is too late but I want to point out that it was a wonderful experience! Our group had such a good time. Itinerary & food arrangement was excellent. Mr Stalin Pimenta, I would like to thank you that you took care of our group very well. Our group goes on offshore tour every year, we been facing/dealing with tour guide every year. You are one of the tour guide which our group will remember forever. We had a fantastic experience and really appreciated all Stalin's effort to make our tour very memorable. Number of us have also taken other tours with Stalin, such as Russia/Scandinavia. MR KALLOL BANERJEE

In these difficult, travel-less times of lockdown, I was looking back at my travels over the years by going through my photographs. As I did so, I thought about you Munira, because my last two major travels -- Alaska in 2018 and Bhutan in 2019 -- were organised by you. I particularly thought of you for putting in place for my wife and me 'hassle free', 'no worries', and 'absolutely no hidden costs' tours -- which are always promised by tour operators, but rarely delivered. But, more than those two wonderful tours that you put in place for us, I thought of you more -- with sincere warmth and fondness -- for a tour that did not happen, a tour that you helped us, two helpless senior citizens, to cancel at the absolutely last moment. I am talking about our originally planned Bhutan trip that was scheduled for June, 2019. Just five days before our tour was to commence, when everything was finalised and paid for, my wife's brother passed away and we needed to cancel the trip. The way you helped us at that time; the way you made sure that we did not lose any money at all even though we were cancelling at the last moment; the way you refunded us the full amount that we had paid for the tour not by way of a credit note (that all travel / tour operators do), but by way of actual money in my bank; will forever remain with my wife and me as very, very fond and warm memories. And then, when in December of 2019, we decided to put back in place our cancelled Bhutan trip, you took the trouble of reworking on and re-organizing the tour once again with great enthusiasm and passion. We felt that you were genuinely happy that we were able to finally travel to Bhutan -- not because our tour was business for you, but because our once-dashed desire was finally being fulfilled. Ms.Munira Hatim, you are a wonderful human being! God willing these terrible times will pass soon. God willing we will be able to travel again. And, when those happy days of packing our bags for distant unseen lands return... we know the lovely lady to return to -- for planning, shaping, and putting in place our dreams. – Mr Kallol Banerjee

MS SUNITA MASANI

Munira organised a great 12 days trip to Malaysia exclusively for my 74 year old mother and myself. We faced super service right from the planning and visa stage, to being greeted at the airport with her trusted person to finetune our comfort on wheelchair. The trip itself was well designed with thoughtful sightseeing, excursions and fabulous hotels to get us the biggest bang for our buck! It was a thoroughly hassle free, totally enjoyable and memorable trip.
