ITINERARY

DAY 1Welcome to Austria!!!

Today enter the world of “Air Tours Holidays” as you begin your beautiful journey of Europe. On arrival at Vienna international airport, meet your van driver or tour representative on arrival area situated outside the customs hall and proceed to your hotel &check in. (Early check –in subject to availability).

DAY 2Vienna – Guided City tour.

After a buffet breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Vienna with an experienced English speaking local guide. Start your tour with a visit to the Schonnbrunn Palace – one of the most visited places in Vienna. Later, see the various chambers of the palace and the beautiful gardens. Also, see the Opera House, St. Stephens Cathedral, Hofburg Palace and many more sights. Later, proceed back to your hotel.

DAY 3Hallstatt- Austria’s oldest and possibly most photographed village. Visit Zell Am See.

Today, after breakfast, check out and drive to Hallstatt. On arrival, experience a ride on the Hallstatt Funicular. Once on top visit the “Skywalk” which hovers 350 meters above the roofs of Hallstatt and offers a unique panoramic view of the village, lake and surrounding mountains. Later, drive to Zell Am See , a town situated on beautiful lake Zell, Surrounded by the towering peaks of schmittenhohe and kitzsteinhorn, the picturesque lake is also one of the cleanest in Europe.

DAY 4Onto Salzburg – Guided city tour of Salzburg. Enroute visit Golling Waterfall.

After Continental Buffet Breakfast, check out and, drive to visit one of the most gorgeous waterfalls in Austria at Golling an der salzach in the region of Salzburg. Later, drive to Salzburg an Austrian city on the border of Germany with views of the Eastern alps. Enjoy Guided tour of Salzburg. Salzburg, the city under UNESCO world heritage site. Being home to Mozart and several sound of music sites. Visit Merabell gardens, walk through old town of Salzburg and blend into the history and culture of the site. Later, check into  your hotel.

DAY 5Onto Innsbruck. Visit the beautiful Nordkette in the heart of Innsbruck.

After a Continental Buffet Breakfast, check out and drive to Innsbruck - the Tyrolean capital. On arrival visit Nordkette, where the breath-taking 360° view leaves a lasting impression, with the capital of the Alps on one side and Tyrol’s most extensive conservation area on the other. Evening is at leisure to enjoy and experience the charm of the city and at night you can take an tour to see the Tyrolean folklore show (optional).

DAY 6Innsbruck – orientation tour of the city. Visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum in Wattens.

After a Continental Buffet Breakfast experience the charm of this city as you see some intriguing sights like the Golden Roof and St. Anne’s Column on Maria TheresienStrasse, from where you get spectacular views of the Alps. Next, get set for a glittering experience as you visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum in Wattens. Marvel at the display and buy a souvenir for your dear ones. Later, proceed back to your hotel.

DAY 7Farewell !!!

After a Continental Buffet / Boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your European tour, which you will treasure for a lifetime.

TRANSFERS

• All transfers by Air conditioned Vehicle. 8 Seater or 16 Seater, depending on number of persons.

• Vehicle from Day 2 till Day 6 (Please note the Driving Hours para in “Important Section”).

• Only transfers from Airport to hotel on Day 1 and from hotel to Airport on Last day of the tour.

• Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary
• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’

Important

Standard Check in at hotels is 1400/1500 hours and check out is 1100/1200 hours.

Updating of Mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.

We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion to confirm the same.

Keeping in view of Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.

The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays are not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situations arises out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.

Driving hours:

As per EU Regulations your chauffer can drive the vehicle for maximum 12 hours with minimum 3 hours rest in between in a day. Eg: If he drives for 3 hours then he has to take rest for 45 minutes. You are requested to co-operate and plan your day accordingly.

TERMS & CONCITIONS

Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. 

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.

The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.

Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.

The Tour Cost is combination of all the arrangement and hence cannot be calculated on individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated on individually.

Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case any of the guest cancel the reservations sharing room together.

Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
