After a delicious breakfast in your hotel, you will proceed on a panoramic city tour of Amman. A panoramic tour of the city center, downtown with its Roman Theater, Citadel, traditional markets, churches, mosques, and then head to the new modern city.

Thereafter, continue to Jerash, one of the most complete and best-preserved cities of the Roman Empire. Visit its streets, theaters, temples like the temple of Zeus and Artemis, , walk the colonnaded street and other significant places like the oval plaza and get a feel of the Roman influence in Jordan. 

Thereafter return to Amman.

Overnight in Amman

Enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel to head to Petra.  Travel through the rugged desert landscapes to Petra, the ancient rock city and tour this awe-inspiring Nabatean city and UNESCO World Heritage site. Listed as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Petra was carved into a sandstone gorge more than 2,000 years ago to dominate the trading routes of ancient Arabia and is rightly regarded as the jewel in the crown of Jordan’s historic sights.

Walk along the narrow “Siq”, the high-walled fissure in the rocks that winds into the heart of the city. Then, get awed at your first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, known locally as “El-Khazneh” - Petra’s stellar sight. Get amazed at its intricate façade and hear how movies such as Indiana Jones, the Transformers, and the Last Crusade were filmed here. Don’t forget to take photos of this glorious monument and then continue your tour.

See Petra’s ornate tombs cut into the rock face, and admire the stunning theatre that once seated 3,000 spectators. Visit the Byzantine church and hear stories as well as facts about the ingenious Nabateans who chose, carved out, and then made this place their home so many years ago. You will have some free time to explore and walk up to the monastery or the high place of sacrifice if time permits.

Thereafter, travel onwards to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth at 1412 feet below sea level.  This sparkling inland sea rich in extraordinarily high levels of salt and minerals, offers you an incredible experience.  Book yourself a spa treatment at your resort, a must do at the Dead Sea!

Overnight at the Dead Sea

Wake up to a relaxed breakfast in your hotel and the glimmering, blue sea. 

Today visit Mt Nebo, known as the tomb of Moses.  The summit of this peak, offers some magnificent views of the Jordan Valley.

The remainder of the day is free for you to wade into the sea for a short floating session.  The sea is so buoyant that you don’t need to swim!  This is truly an unforgettable sensation.

Overnight at the Dead Sea

Tuck into a sumptuous breakfast withing the comforts of your resort and then check out to travel south to the spectacular desert wilderness of Wadi Rum. Popularly known as the “Valley of the Moon” for its lunar-like landscapes. This region of mountains, dunes, and canyons made for a perfect setting to shoot iconic films such as “Lawrence of Arabia” other than the recent, well known movie – The Martians.

Enjoy an exhilarating 2-hour trip by 4x4 local jeep through this majestic place to immerse yourself in its serene beauty and ever-changing colors. Rumble along desert valleys, through narrow gorges and past red dunes and mountains; stop to take photos along the way. Enjoy a romantic sunset over the dunes and relax under the starry desert night as a campfire gently burns down to embers and time for you to relax in your luxurious desert camp.

Overnight in Wadi Rum

After breakfast, check out and head to the popular seaside resort town of Aqaba located on the Red Sea.  Jordan's only coastal and port city, Aqaba offers a wide range of water-related activities with its mix of historic buildings. Spectacular coral reefs in the Gulf of Aqaba dazzle snorkelers and divers, while those preferring to stay closer to shore have numerous wide sandy beaches to choose from for swimming and relaxing. Cool off in the aquamarine waters, or dine on seafood, dates, and ghee by the waterfront.

After lunch, return to Amman for overnight
