ITINERARY
Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by one of our experience guides in the arrivals hall and privately transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Jakarta
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel and then meet with your guide, for a Jakarta city tour. Visit the National Museum of the Republic of Indonesia or the Elephant Museum which is the first and largest museum in Southeast Asia. National Museum is a collection of many ancient objects from all over the archipelago. The collections are categorized into ethnography, bronze, prehistory, ceramics, textiles, numismatics, historical relics, and precious objects. Thereafter, drive about 45 minutes to explore the Old Town of Jakarta. Here you will visit 2 places namely Fatahillah Museum and Sunda Kelapa Harbor. Your journey in the old city will start from the Museum of Fatahilah, the museum was built in 1707-1712 by order of Governor-General Joan van Hoorn. It consists of a main building with two wings in the east and west and a separate building used as an office, courtroom, and underground chambers used as a prison. After Museum Fatahilah you will walk to Jembatan Kota Intan (Intan City Bridge) which has stood since 1628 and can be regarded as the oldest bridge in Indonesia. During a trip to the Jembatan Kota Intan you will pass many historical buildings such as Bank Mandiri Museum, Bank Indonesia Museum and Toko Merah. Thereafter, drive to Sunda Kelapa Harbor to see the ranks of Phinisi boats anchored at the oldest port in Jakarta. Proceed to Gambir Train Station and enjoy your train journey to Bandung.

Overnight in Bandung
Breakfast in your hotel and continue your exploration of Indonesia on a day excursion to Mt Tangkuban Perahu. Mount Tangkuban Perahu is the place you should visit when you visit the northern Bandung area. This volcano offers many places to see and explore. Whether we look into the huge crater or hike down into it, stroll through the forest on its slopes, or simply enjoy the splendid panoramic scenery. Tangkuban Perahu is a volcano with three craters into which areas tourists can walk through. These three craters are: Kawah Ratu ("Queen Crater"), Kawah Domas ("Domas Crater"), and Kawah Upas ("Upas Crater"). For this program we will only see the queen crater from the view point.
Arrive at Ciater Tea Plantation and you will be greeted with fresh air and the stretch of tea plantations around you. Meet your local guide who will guide you during the tour and explain the processing of tea. Starting from the selection of quality leaves, the way of picking up and the process of drying the tea leaves. If you are lucky you will have the opportunity to see the process of making tea in a tea factory owned by the plantation (factory closed on Sunday, Monday and holiday). Time for you to enjoy a cup of hot tea complete with warm fried bananas in a small cabana.
After enjoy the north Bandung, it’s time to visit Saung Angklung Udjo. if you are interested in traditional arts, the art performances at Saung Angklung Mang Udjo is an opportunity you should not miss when visiting Bandung. Saung Angklung Udjo is a one–stop cultural workshop, consistsing of: performance venue, bamboo handicraft centre, and bamboo instrument workshop. Apart from that, SAU has an honorable function as an educational laboratory and training centre to preserve the Sundanese culture – Angklung in particular. The udjo angklung show will start with performances by the children trained by the studio. They will show their ability at puppet shows, angklung, dancing, singing and playing traditional instruments. At the end of the show the audience is also encouraged to participate.
Overnight in Bandung
After an early breakfast or packed breakfast, check out and transfe to Bandung train station for your transport to Jogjakarta by train. Along the journey, you can enjoy beautiful scenery, local plantations, rice paddies, mountains and rivers. Upon arrival in Jogjakarta, transfer to hotel.
Overnight in Jogjakarta
Meet your experienced guide in the hotel lobby after breakfast. Drive to Prambanan Temple. Prambanan is a UNESCO world heritage site. The 9th century Hindu temple is dedicated to the Trimurti, the expression of God as Brahma (The Creator), Vishnu (The Preserver) and Shiva (The Destroyer). Learn the history of the magnificent temple you’re your guide. Onto to Borobudur temple next. Similar to Prambanan Temple, Borobudur is also a UNESCO world heritage site. The ancient temple is also the single largest Buddhist structure on Earth, and with a beautiful backdrop of Indonesian mountains, it is any landscape photographers’ dream. A local guide will accompany you to explore every corner of Borobudur temple and you are free to interact with them on Borobudur. A short drive will bring you to Candirejo Village. Enjoy a “dokar” -local horse carriage- ride or a bike ride to explore a small village and its surrounding plantations to witness the local way of life. Observe local home industries: sweet potato cracker manufacturing, traditional herbal medicine preparation, and bamboo carving. Learn how to play the Javanese Gamelan.
Overnight in Jogjakarta
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the train station. Depart by train to Surabaya. Upon arrival in Surabaya, Drive to The house of Sampoerna, the cigarette live museum where you can see how a cigarette is manufactured. This museum offers a truly unique experience for visitors. Discover the story of the founding family and the development of Sampoerna's business, and observe a real hand-rolled production facility with more than 400 women hand-rolling cigarettes at a speed of more than 325 cigarettes per hour. Next, drive to Kayoon Flower market as you pass through the hero’s monument and Surabaya City Hall. Upon arrival at Kayoon Flower Market enjoy the tour to see the various fresh flower, dried flower and artificial gardens.

Overnight in Surabaya
After breakfast in your hotel, check out and then drive to Bromo with a stop en-route at the traditional harbor. Thereafter, continue to your hotel in Bromo, check in and relax before your Bromo tour.
Later meet your guide and catch the 4WD Jeep for your Bromo excursion. Visit the view point to see Mount Bromo from a distance from where you will get great photos of Mt Bromo. After that, we will descend to the desert to experience the thrill of driving in the middle of a stretch of sand. We will stop at the jeep parking and proceed on foot towards the Bromo crater.
Overnight in Bromo.
Enjoy breakfast and transfer to Probolinggo to board the executive train to Banyuwangi. Enjoy the spectacular views from the train as it crosses the eastern part of Java. Arrive at Banyuwangi, from where you will be transferred to Ijen by jeep
Overnight in Ijen
Optionl Trek to Crater Lake
You will be given a wakeup call in the morning at about 3 a.m. to commence on the Ijen Trek. A short drive (about 45 minutes) will bring you to the Ijen ranger camp, where you'll embark on a journey to Ijen crater (approximately 1-1.5 hours). At the crater rim, you will be rewarded by breathtaking views of giant craters and Crater Lake 200-meter turquoise lake. You can witness how the local workers fight toxic fumes and dangerous terrain to collect sacks of sulphur.
After enjoying the view of sunrise over the crater, walk down to Paltuding to board your jeep for your journey back to the hotel. You could stop enroute at plantations for some more interaction or a sulphur processing factory if you like.
Alternately, Wake up to a leisurely breakfast and enjoy the rest of your day admiring the Ijen Volcano by the hotel’s pool side. At check out time, you will be transferred to Ketapang to board your ferry to Bali. On arrival at the Gillimanuk harbour, transfer to your hotel in South Bali, where you can continue to delight on the beaches of Bali before you return home with wonderful memories of your holiday with Airtours Holidays India.

Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same.
Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
The Tour Cost is combination of all the arrangement and hence cannot be calculated on individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated on individually.
Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case any of the guest cancel the reservations sharing room together.
Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, our assistance will be offered to trace / locate any of your lost baggage.
