This morning, your flight brings you into the commercial capital of Switzerland – Zurich. Right under the airport is the fantastic and well planned Swiss transport system. Simply validate your Swiss pass and you are good to go. Board your train to Lucerne
On arrival in Lucerne, proceed to your hotel on own and check in.
Situated on Lake Lucerne, the city has been a huge drawcard for tourists visiting the region and easy to see why. No trip is complete without adding this bucket list city to your Switzerland itinerary.
A day to relax and explore Lucerne. Kappelbrucke or Chapel Bridge is said to the oldest covered wooden bridge in Europe, the Church of St Leodegar with its twin spires is iconic to Lucerne’s skyline. Don’t miss the Lion Monument, an emotional tribute to the Swiss Guards killed by revolutionaries at Tuileries Palace, France. Admire the Town Hall Clock, visit the Swiss Transport Museum, and spoil yourself with some famous Laderdach handmade chocolates. Lastly take a leisurely cruise on Lake Lucerne.
Overnight in Lucerne
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and then ride the world’s first fully rotating cable car to a world of ice and snow as the snow-capped mountain peaks and the precipitous rocks welcome you to the amazing Mt Titlis. Feel the excitement, as you cross Europe’s highest suspension bridge, the Cliff Walk and enjoy high-speed fun in Glacier Park as you slide down the slope on a rubber tire. A must do is the ice flyer and feel the wind in your hair as you glide down.
Rest of the day is at leisure to explore on your own.
Overnight in Lucerne.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in your hotel and check out. Proceed to the station to board your scenic train to St Moritz. You will soon arrive in hiking heaven if you are visiting during the summer months. Your Swiss pass allows you free access to cable cars, funiculars, etc. Much of the best hiking is accessed by cable car, including hike from Muottas Muraggl to Alp Languard, Corvatsch mid-station to Furtschellas. Particularly attractive villages include Sils and the Zuoz in the Upper Engadine, and further afield Guarda, Ardez and Poschiavo. Another 'must' is cable car up to Diavolezza. You are sure to have a great time!
In the winters, ofcourse enjoy the snow and try a beginners course of skiing.
Overnight in St Moritz
Post breakfast, check out and time to board the Scenic train – Glacier Express. The Glacier Express is a direct scheduled train service between St Morits in the Engadine skiing area to Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn. Billed as Europe's slowest express, its a narrow-gauge train which takes 7½ hours to complete the journey. Taking you through the three cantons of Valais, Uri and Graubünden, offers breathtaking and varied panoramic views. Eight hours of sheer pleasure for your eyes and your palate, too.
Arrive Zermatt and check into your hotel.

Enjoy a quick breakfast and prepare yourself for yet another day of scenic journey as you set out to explore Zermatt. The area is surrounded by 38 mountain peaks all over 4000 meters high. Zermatt has inherited the nickname of the “Sunniest Corner of Switzerland”, as few clouds tend to form here. Which also means, the Matterhorn is clearly visible almost 62% of the time.
Marvel at the Matterhorn by taking the Gornergrat Bahn up to the spectacular Gornergrat Lookout. The entire train journey is absolutely stunning with the Matterhorn popping in and out of view along the way.

Overnight in Zermatt
This morning, after breakfast, check out of your hotel and take a train to beautiful Interlaken. Venue to many Bollywood films, Interlaken is a pretty little town, lined with boutiques, grand hotels, parks - all against a jagged mountain backdrop. Ver romantic, complete with a horse-drawn carriage ride.
On arrival, check into your hotel and relax.
This evening, head up the funicular to HarderKulm look out for amazing views over the town below and a fantastic sunset over the Eiger, Monch and Jungfraujoch.
Overnight in Interlaken
The day begins with a sumptuous breakfast in your hotel, after which time to visit “Top of Europe”. Jungfraujoch is the jewel in the Bernes Oberlands’ crown and boasts the highest railway station in all of Europe. Hence the nickname. As an added bonus, you will come face to face with Eiger, Europe’s most notorious mountain when you arrive at Kleine Scheidegg. After a morning well spent on the glacier with its attractions, enjoy a champagne lunch (on own).
Rest of the day is at leisure for you to simply stroll around this little town nestled between the lakes of Thun and Brienz. Perhaps go for some summer fun like jetboating or paragliding?
Overnight in Interlaken.
After breakfast, time to check out and bid farewell to the Swiss Alps as you board your train to Zurich airport for your flight back home with unforgettable memories of your Swiss Vacation with AirTours Holidays!

Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
The Tour Cost is combination of all the arrangement and hence cannot be calculated on individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated on individually.
Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case any of the guest cancel the reservations sharing room together.
Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, our assistance will be offered to trace / locate any of your lost baggage.
